Hero Basics

Heroes will have a variety of base characteristics and calculated characteristics. Primary characteristics are listed below along with several hidden behaviors. HP - Determined by class, level, and star level Stats Buff - Affects close range physical damage Tough - Affects physical damage mitigation Smooth - Affects dodge chances and ranged damage Swift - Affects initiative and attack frequency Smart - Affects magic damage, dodging magic attacks, and critical % chance Sagelike - Affects magical support skill and magical damage resistances All elements synergize with Gacha Girl Squad Leader Flame - Increases Buff + Tough stats Terra - Increases Smooth + Swift stats Aqua - Increases Smart + Sagelike stats Soul Level - Can be increased by burning an equal Soul level hero. Soul tiers provide substantial stat modifiers and unlock additional hero levels. Hero Level - Provides minor stat boost Class - Provides starting stat ranges, affects stat scaling on level up, and provides "party synergies" with certain class combinations. Skills - Provide augmentation to stats and combat styles Heroes effectiveness will be broken into 4 basic categories DPT - Damage per turn HPT - Heal per turn Survivability - Blend of HP, damage absorption, and damage evasion Support - Hybrid classes that augment other heroes or contribute a blend of DPT/HPT/Survivability to the party
